|Abstract/Citation:||Article 1 replaces Chapter VI of Part 4 of the Code of Conduct of Public Administrative Employees (Law N° 3528/2007), regarding the suspension of exercise of duties.
Article 2 replaces Part 5 of the Code of Conduct of Public Administrative Employees (Law N° 3528/2007) concerning Disciplinary Law, regulating disciplinary offenses and penalties (Section 1), the disciplinary investigation (Section 2) and the Disciplinary Boards (Section 3).
Article 3 makes a number of amendments to the Laws N° 4024/2011, 3528/2007, 3839/2010 concerning the selection of the heads of departments.
Articles 4 and 5 extend the scope of the present Law (N° 4057/2012) to the Public Personnel and the Personnel of Public Entities functioning under a private law employment relationship and holding an organic position, as well as to the municipal permanent personnel and the personnel of the municipal Public Entities.
Article 6 adjusts disciplinary issues of the educational personnel and of any other personnel falling under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Education and Religion.
Article 7 and 8 provide respectively the transitive provisions and the provisions to be repealed.
Article 9 regulates issues of competence of the Ministry of Administrative Reform and E-Governance.
