| Abstract/Citation: | This decree is targeted at the improvement of the effectiveness of the state management in the sphere of employment, also the optimization of the system of central bodies of executive power. Accordingly, eliminates the State Service of Employment; also establishes that unless the laws "On Compulsory State Social Insurance in case of Unemployment" and "On Employment" are amended, the bodies of state service of employment continue their activity in the spheres of employment, labour migration and social protection against unemployment. Also, repeals the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 498 of 11 July 2013 "To Amend the Appendices of the Decrees No. 937 of 7 September 2011 and No. 1184 of 14 November 2011 (Ofitsialnij Vestnik Ukraini, 2013, No.56, p.2016); the Decree of the cabinet of Ministers 565 of 11 July 2013 "Issues of State Service of Employment" (Ofitsialnij Vestnik Ukraini, 2013, No.64, p.2326); Order of the Cabinet of Ministers No.514 of 11 July 2013 "Issue of Dislocation of State Service of Employment". |
