Also amends the Land Code supplementing article 25 (Privatization of lands of state and communal agricultural enterprises, institutions and organizations) with new para 6 on free of charge granting lands to deportees residing in rural places.
Part 10 of article 5, part 10 of article 6 and parts 3, 4 of article 7 enter into force on 1 January 2015.
