Abstract/Citation: This law deals with anit-corruption measures to be implemented in roles where officials have some power. The translation is "cleaning the power".
Article I: General principles concerning 'cleaning the power'.

Article III: Criteria of implementation of 'cleaning the power'

Article V: Conduct of testing

Article VII: Unified State Register of persons in respect of which the provisions of the law "On Cleansing of the Power" were applied
Article VIII: Control over the implementation of this law.
Also amends, inter alia, the Labour Code supplementing part 1 of article 36 (Reasons for the termination of employment contract) with new para 7-2 and changing the wording of part 2 of the same article.
