Abstract/Citation
Introduces a new article 5-1 (whereas the present article 5-1 becomes a new article 5-2, article 5-2 becomes a new article 5-3, etc.) concerning scope of the ordinance and regional safety representative's right to information.
Amends article 1-3 ss.2, article 2-2 ss.3 a on regulations concerning businesses that do not employ workers.
