| Abstract/Citation: | Amends 1986 Regulations bearing the same title in respect of maternity pay relating to a woman whose work is seasonal, provisions relating to continuous employment where a woman moves from employer to employer, definition of "week" and "earnings", invalidity pension, and the requirement that employers shall provide women employees with information who are not entitled to statutory maternity pay so as to enable them to claim maternity allowance or other benefits under the Social Security Act 1975. |
