Supplements article 6 (Insured person, beneficiary and victim) with new paras 6.7, 6.8; adds a sentence to para 4 of article 17 (Documents needed for issuance of insurance compensation); considers the text of article 18 (Granting of insurance compensation or the deadline of refusal to pay the compensation) as para 18.1 also adding para 18.2 to the same article; introduces new wording to article 23 (rights and duties of insurer), supplementing it with new para 23.3, and to article 25.1.7 (Grounds for the right of subrogation under compulsory insurance).
