It amends the New Turkish Criminal Code No. 5237 dated 26.09.2004: it amends article 112 (prevention to access to education and training), article 113 (prevention to access to public services), article 115 para 2 (sanctions), article 122 (Hatred and discrimination). It repeals article 222.
