Abstract/Citation: Introduces a new article 6a (right of the child to have knowledge about the biological father), a new ss.2 to article 15 (blocked address or use of fictitious personal data for mother or child), a new ss.2 to article 29b (investigation of the mother of the child), a new article 81a (when a matter concerning motherhood can be dealt with by Norwegian adjudication or government).

Amends chapter 2 (title), article 4, article 4a, article 5, article 6, article 7, article 10, article 11, article 13, article 24, article 26, article 70 ss.7, article 78 ss.4, article 80 ss.1 p.5, article 81 ss.1 concerning processes for the determination of paternity and maternity of a child.

Repeals article 1a, article 12 and article 22.
