Forskrift (Nr 1568 av 2013) om endring i utlendingsforskriften.
Abstract/Citation
Provides for new regulations for adjustment to and implementation of the Dublin III Regulation.
Introduces article 17-33 ss.1 new p. j (health information) and a new article 17-33 ss.2 new p. (approval of transmission of information).
Amends article 7-4 ss.1 p. (definition of family members), article 8-2 ss.3 c (providing incorrect information), article 17-2 ss.1 p.1 (establishment of time for an asylum interview) and article 18-1 ss.4 (processing fingerprints).
Repeals article 7-3.
