It amends various provisions of the Regulations of the Ministry of Labour and Social Security of December 2012 on occupational health and safety services published in the Official Gazette No. 28512 dated 29.12.2012: it replaces "8 and 30" by "8, 24, 27, 30 and 31" of para 1 of article 3; amends para 1 of article 4 (objection committee and community health central unit); amends para 1 and 5 (occupational health and security precautions to be undertaken); repeals the words "general directorate" of para 3 of article 7; amends para 9 and 10 of articles 12 and 13(OSGB); amends article 14 (occupational health and security and OSGB); amends para 1 of article 16 (online application form); amends para 1 and 5 (a) of article 17 (authorisation licence); amends article 20 (obtention of documents and visa operations); adds a new para to article 21 (deadline for contestation concerning warning scores); amends article 22 (suspension, cancellation and contestation of rights); adds a new article 22/A after article 22 (functioning of the contestation committee); adds a new additional article 1 (electronic notification); adds a temporary article 3 (application on a electronic form and temporary provisions); repeals para 4 of article 18, para 2 of temporary article 1; amends annex 7.
