Abstract/Citation: Establishes the Regulation on the Procedure of Planning and Development of Activities for Occupational safety in accordance with article 9 of Law on Occupational Safety and with the Statement on the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection.
Regulation on the Procedure of Planning and Development of Activities for Occupational safety regulates technical, sanitary, medical-prophylactic and other types of activities aimed at safety of employees and guaranteeing working conditions due to the requirements of occupational safety, also schedules, cost of the performance of necessary measures.
