Amends the Law on Compulsory Social Insurance supplementing articles 1 (main concepts used in this law), 6 (right to social payment), 10 (rights and duties of Center and its structural subdivisions), 12 (rights and duties of the participant of the compulsory social insurance, social contributions, and the recipient), 13 (rights and duties of payer), 17 (responsibility of payer for untimely transfer of social contributions) with new subparas; also rephrases articles 8 (persons subject to compulsory social insurance), 11 (competencies of the authorized body), 15 (calculation and transfer of social contributions), 19 (return of social contributions paid by mistake), introduces minor wording changes to articles 20, 21, 22, 23, 23-1, 23-2, supplements the law with articles 8-1 (competencies of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of compulsory social insurance), 27-1 (requirements to governing workers of Fund ).
