Abstract/Citation
Article No. 1: "Without prejudice to any better benefit for the employees working in the private sector, the minimum annual allowance will be 3% of the minimum wages, to be eligible from January 1 each year."
In order to be eligible for the allowance, the employee should have spent at least six months in the service of the employer and should not have received 'poor' performance in his annual report.
Repeals Ministerial Order No. 32 of 2012 Limiting the Annual Allowance, Procedures and the Conditions for Dispensing it.
