| Abstract/Citation: | "In accordance with the Amendment to Article 10 of the Constitution, the government shall protect the indigenous peoples' rights to education based on the will and wish of the people of indigenous ethnicities, to promote their education and culture, and this Act is theretofore specially enacted. Matters not provided for under this Act shall be governed by other relevant laws and regulations." (Article 1) |
