| Abstract/Citation: | Article 1: Paragraph No. 5 of Article No. 3 of the National Manpower Register Regulation of Sultani Decree No. 98 of 2011 establishing and regulating the National Manpower Register, shall be replaced with the following text: "5 - Survey and register the data of the citizens who have been appointed in the units of the State's administrative apparatus (civil, military and security) and the private sector installations." Article 2: Paragraph No. (1) of Article (5) of the said National Manpower Register Regulation shall be replaced with the following text: "1 - Fixing the general policy that the Authority shall follow in exercising its prerogatives and present it to the Council of Ministers for approval". |
