|Abstract/Citation:||I. The Act sets provides for (art. 1-30):
1) Granting and payment of benefits for workplaces protection from the Fund of Guaranteed Employee Benefits during the period of economic standstill or reduced working time.
2) Training co-financing for employees affected by the economic downtime or reduced working hours from the Labour Fund.
3 ) Benefits reimbursement for employment protection in case of not fulfilling conditions for the payment of such benefits. Entrepreneur concludes agreement in this matter with Local Government Marshal (Agreement for Benefits).
4 ) Costs reimbursed for employees' training affected by economic downtime or reduced working time from the Labour Fund in the event of non-compliance with agreement for the financing of such training.
II. Amendment to the Act of 20 April 2004 on promotion of employment and on labour market institutions (article 31): Resources of Labour Fund can be spent on co-financing of public employment services which result from other applicable Laws.
III. Act of 1 July 2009 on mitigating the impact of the financial crisis for employees and entrepreneurs is repealed, and also art. 37-38 of the Act of 16 September 2011 on special solutions related to removing the consequences of flood.
