Decrees that activities to reduce child labour are to be carried out in the 84 regencies/municipalities in 21 provinces. These activities are to be carried out in coordination with the competent government authorities and NGOs. The Director General of Manpower Control and Development is responsible for the implementation of the Hopeful Family Program (PPA-PKH) of 2012. Governors and Mayors/Regents are to be patrons of PPA-PKH.
