|Abstract/Citation:||Article 1. Amendments to the of Labour Code:
Article 129. The period for settlement of working time is extended up to 12 month facilitating flexible work time arrangements.
Article 139. Intermittent working time system is introduced in cooperation with labour unions or other workers representatives

Article 150. Establishment of systems and working time distribution.
Article 2. Amends the Trade Unions Act (art. 50 al.5) providing that in cases where of not providing collectively agreed positions within the 30 days time frame, the employer undertakes to make the decision after consideration of multiple trade unions positions.
