Abstract/Citation: It adds a temporary Article 3 to Act No. 4904 of 25 June 2003 on the Turkish Employment Agency (Business and professional consultants).

It amends various provisions of Social Security Institution Act No. 5502: Article 5 (representatives to be appointed abroad for Turkish citizens; agriculture); Article 6 (agriculture); adds an additional Article 4 (staff); adds a temporary Article 10 (agriculture); adds a new sentence to para 4 of Article 67 (beneficiaries of health services); repeals the words "upon referral of health care providers of the public administration" of Article 73.

It amends various provisions of Social Insurance and General Health Insurance Act No. 5510 of 31 May 2006: Article 81 para 1 (c) (short term insurance premium rate); repeals Articles 83 and 84; adds an additional Article 8 (records and registration of the insured to the Authority, changes in the insurance start or termination date); adds a temporary Articles 45 (abandonment of non-due health care costs), 46 and 47 (entry into force of the provisions), 48 (calculation of premiums); adds a new para to Article 38 (calculation of insurance premiums and pensions).

It adds a new sentence to para 3 of temporary Article 6 of Act No. 6356 on Trade Unions and Collective Labour Agreements (collective bargaining agreement).
