It amends several provisions of the Regulations on Associations published in the official gazette No. 25772 dated 31.03.05: Article 14 para 1 (General Assembly); Article 17 para 1 (ordinary and extraordinary general meeting); Article 19 (associations to receive assistance from abroad); it repeals Article 20; change "Annex 7" by "Annex 9" mentioned in Article 23; Article 27 para 1 (status); Article 32 (Registry Receipt, Inventory and Inventory Book); Article 36 para 1 (journal); Article 37 para 1 (books); Article 38 (Association income); Article 43 para 5 (books); repeals para 5 of Article 44; Article 46 (collection of revenue by the members of the Board of Directors); Article 53 para 2 (conditions for permission to for associations); Article 61 (use of alcoholic beverages and live music within associations premises); Article 66 para 1 (sanctions in case of gambling, etc. at associations premises); adds a new para to Article 67 (deadline for local opening and operating permits in case of revocation); Article 71 para 2 sentence 2 (competent authority for authorizing opening and issuing operating permits); replaces the words "regulations" by "Directive" mentioned in Article para 1 of Article 74 and para 1 of Article 77; Article 87 para 1 (numbering of books); Article 88 para 1 sentence 3 (index number of the association); Article 91 para 1 last sentence ( sample of protocol, projects and other documents to be given to the associations if need be).
Amends Annexes 2, 3, 4, 6, 9, 12, 13, 14, 16, 17, 18, 21, 22, 24, 25, 26.
Repeals Annexes 7 and 23.
