Introduces, inter alia, minor wording changes to para 2 of article 256 of the Labour Code related to the definition of collaborator of law enforcement bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Amends the Law of 1999 on Procedure and Conditions of Detention of Persons in Special Establishments Providing Temporary Isolation from the Society. Changes, regulate, inter alia, the question of detention and treatment of prisoners during the emergency situations.
