Abstract/Citation
Defines the legal and organizational principles for creation and functioning of industrial parks.
Article 30, inter alia, provides for priority use of labour force - the citizens of Ukraine.
Amends the following:
- Land Code of Ukraine (Vidomosti Verkhovnoi Rady Ukrainy, 2002, No. 34, p. 27);
- Law of Ukraine on Regulation of urban Development (Vidomosti Verkhovnoi Rady Ukrainy, 2011, No. 34, p. 343);
- Customs Code of Ukraine.
