Abstract/Citation: Amends section 3 of the 2008 Ordinance by repealing the word "Act" and replacing it with the word "Ordinance". Adds a new Division 2A in Part III concerning Special Guardianship Orders. The purpose of the Ordinance is to review the provisions relating to private fostering as well as extending the prohibition with respect to the identification of a child in any publication relating to court proceedings to Ascension.
