As well as a large number of Acts and Regulations which are amended, the following Acts are repealed:
- National Health Service Act 1977 (c. 49);
- Health Act 1999 (Supplementary and Consequential Provisions) Order 1999 (S.I. 1999/2795);
- National Health Service Act 1977 and National Health Service and Community Care Act 1990 (Amendment) Regulations (S.I. 2002/2759);
- National Health Service (Pre-consolidation Amendments) Order 2006 (S.I. 2006/1407).
