The Act introduces subsequent amendments (mostly in numbering) to the following Acts in relation to the increase of the retirement age:

Article 1. Act promulgating the Teachers' Charter.
Article 2. Act respecting workers employed in State institutions.
Article 3. Act of 28 September 1991 on Treasury Inspection.
Article 4. Act of 23 December 1994 on the Supreme Chamber of Control.
Article 5. Act of 9 May 1996 on the mandate of Deputies and Senators.
Article 6. Act of 29 August 1997 on court bailiffs and execution.
Article 7. Act of 30 June 2000 on Industrial Property Law
Article 8. Act of 27 July 2001 on Law of the Common Courts.
Article 9. Act of 27 July 2001 on Probation officers
Article 10. Act of 6 September 2001 on Pharmaceutical Law.
Article 11. Maritime Code of 18 September 200
Article 12. Act of 3 July 2002 on Aviation Law.
Article 13. Social Assistance Act of 12 March 2004
Article 14. Act of 8 July 2005 on the General Attorney of the State Treasury.
Article 15. Act of 27 July 2005 on Higher Education Law
Article 16. Act on National Labour Inspectorate
Article 17. Act of 21 November 2008 on Civil Service.
Article 18. Act of 27 August 2009 on Customs Service.
Article 19. Act of 18 March 2011 to amend Higher Education Law, Act on Academic degrees and titles,and Degrees and Titles in the field of art and amending certain other acts.
Article 20. Social Support Centres are required to pay outstanding retirement contribution for persons under their direct care.
