| Abstract/Citation: | The Regulation implements the Educational System Act of 1991 and sets out: 1) the conditions, organization and procedure for life-long learning; 2) the conditions for organization and conducting professional courses; 3) types of learning outcomes resulting from the completion of training; 4) the conditions and mode of payment for continued education carried out in public institutions and centres, 5) types of public establishments and centres that are able to organize lifelong education and their functions; 6) samples of certificates issued after completion of education in the different life-long learning courses. |
