| Abstract/Citation: | Article 1. Makes amendments to the Act on Aliens of 13 June 2003. Regulates with respect to foreign qualification recognition. Adds a new chapter 4a: Residence permit for a fixed period in order to perform a profession requiring high qualifications. Regulates Blue EU Card holders and Card extension. Article 2 . Makes amendments to the Act of 20 April 2004 on promotion of employment and on labour market institutions. Amendments to the article 87 al.1 point 11a added foreigners granted fixed time work permit to perform a profession requiring high qualifications. |
