Abstract/Citation
Consolidation of Act No. 867 of 2009 (amendments through June 2011 including Act No. 1509 of 2009 and Act No. 718 of 2010).
Provides for regulations concerning Employees' Guarantee Fund established to safeguard employees' claims for wages, etc. during circumstances including employer's bankruptcy, employer's death, company termination or employer's reconstruction process.
