Loovisikute ja loomeliitude seadus
Aims at improving conditions necessary for the creative activity of creative persons through artistic associations and to set up legal basis for their activity. Gives, inter alia, legal definition of creative person: "person engaged in a liberal profession is an author or a performer acting in an artistic field set out in subsection 2 (1) of this Act, who is not in public service, is not employed under a contract of employment or other similar contract under the law of obligations."
