Abstract/Citation
Regulates, inter alia, the legal relationship arising from creation and use of copyrighted materials. Defines the concept of copyright and its associated rights, as well as provides for mechanisms for copyright protection.
Repeals the previous Law on Copyright and related Rights of 1996.
