Abstract/Citation: Makes amendments to 139 Laws with respect to the establishment of Auditing bodies. These laws include the following:
1. Code of Administrative Offences of 30 January 2001;
2. Land Code of 20 June 2003;
3. Forest Code of 8 July 2003;
4. Water Code of 9 July 2003;
5. Environmental Code of 9 January 2007;
6. Labour Code of 15 May 2007:
Introduces, inter alia, minor wording changes in articles 15 on terms of reference in the sphere of regulation of labour legislation, article 16 on terms of reference of the State labour authority in the sphere of regulation of labour relations, article 17 on terms of reference of territorial subdivisions of the State labour authority in the sphere of regulation of labour relations, article 18 on terms of reference on local executive bodies in the sphere of regulation of labour relations, article 159 on payments to employees of social allowances at the expense of the employer, article 205 on provision of healthy and safe working conditions, 317 on obligations of the employer in the sphere of labour protection and labour safety, 320 on requirements on labour protection and labour safety during design, construction and operation of production facilities and means of production, article 330 on rights of State labour inspectors.
Repeals para 2 of article 35 (Work Book), para 3 of article 179 (Work Prohibited for Employees under the Age of 18 Years) and 186 (Work for Which it is Prohibited to Engage Women), para 3 of article 313 (Training and Instruction in and Testing of Employees on Labour Protection and Labour Safety), para 2 of article 339 (Mechanisms for Exercise of Internal Control Over Labour Protection and Labour Safety). Reformulates the working of article 319 (Adoption of Regulatory and Legal Acts in the Sphere of Labour Protection and Safety)
