Abstract/Citation: Provides for regulations concerning a pilot arrangement during the period 8 April 2009 to 31 December 2012. All local job centers may apply the regulations in this Order during major redundancies in attempts to offer employees job training for up to 2 weeks, and grants for the costs of upgrading, including continued education and training for up to 8 weeks when dismissal concerns at least 50 per cent of employees at a workplace with at least 20 employees.

Repeals Order (No. 1011 of 2011) on pilot arrangements related to the Consolidated Act (No. 731 of 2010) on Responsibility for and Control of Active Employment Promotion, the Consolidated Active Employment Promotion Act (No. 710 of 2011) and the Consolidated Sickness Benefit Act (No. 920 of 2011).
