| Abstract/Citation: | Amends the Supplementary Labour Market Pension Act (No. 942 of 2009) and several other acts concerning extension of ATP, low density investment opportunities and repeal of a number of regulations etc. Amends the Supplementary Labour Market Pension Act (No. 942 of 2009) concerning, inter alia: Repeals 17 (f) (title), 17 (f) -17 (h), 4 17 (j) (title), article 17m (title), article 17 (m) and 17 (n), article 17 (p) and 17 (q), 24 (c) ss. 2, 26 (b) ss. 7, 26 (b) ss. 7, 36. 2 p.2. Introduces a new article 17 (j) and new ss. 7, 8, 9, 10 (whereas the present ss. 8 is becoming a new ss. 11). Amends article 17 (r) ss. 2, 17 (s) ss. 1, 23 (4) pp. 1, 23 ss. 5, 26, 26 (c), 2, 26 (e). 3 (as amended by Act No. 117 of 2009, Act No. 1263 of 2009, Act No. 573 of 2010 and Act No. 456 of 2011). |
