Abstract/Citation: Amends article 14-9 ss.1-2 (benefit period related to birth and adoption), article 14-9 ss.5 p.3 (paternity leave), article 14 (12) ss.1 (weeks of the benefit period reserved for the father, paternity leave).

Introduces a new ss.3 to article 14-14 which provides that the father is entitled to the number of days of parental leave as set out in section 14-12 if the mother receives a disability pension from the State.
