Forskrift (Nr 583 av 2011) om endring i forskrift om utlendingers adgang til riket og deres opphold her (utlendingsforskriften).
Amends article 19 (1) ss.1 (application of Ordinance in relation to foreigners covered by the EFTA Convention), the title preceding article 19 (27) (requirements for good conduct, etc. revocation of residence documents), the title preceding article 19 (28) and article 19 (29) (suspension or expulsion for reasons of public order or safety).

Introduces a new ss.4 to article 19 (2) (application of the Ordinance), whereas the present (4) becomes a new (5), the present (5) becomes a new (6), the present (6 ) becomes a new (7), the present (7) becomes a new (8), the present (8) becomes a new (9). Introduces a new article 9 (5a) (right to residence for family members to Nordic citizens), a new p.2 to article 19 (22) ss.4 (exception for Nordic nationals from the requirement of registration), article 19 (23) ss.1 is added as a new sentence before the last sentence, and article 19 (24) ss.1 as a new sentence before the last sentence of (when a foreign national is applying for medical treatment).
