Abstract/Citation: Makes amendments to the 2007 Act. Amends the long title by replacing it with "an act to prevent and combat trafficking in persons and smuggling of migrants and to provide for matters connected therewith." Also makes amendments to a number of other sections, in particular adding a new Part IIIA entitled "SMUGGLING OF MIGRANTS". The amendments have been introduced to include offences with respect to the smuggling of migrants.
