| Abstract/Citation: | Determines the conditions for the entry, stay and work of aliens, required documents, register, inspection and penal provisions. Repeals the Aliens Act (79/2007). The implementing regulations adopted pursuant to the Aliens Act (Official Gazette No. 79/07 and 36/09) remain in force until the entry into force of the implementing regulations based on powers under this Act, unless inconsistent with its provisions. |
