| Abstract/Citation: | Introduces 5 chapters concerning, inter alia: Chapter 1: General provisions (article 1 ordinance application; article 2 terms; article 3 age; article 4 definitions; article 5 control). Chapter 2: Provisions for calculation (article 6 the application of Act on early retirement subsidies article 14 (70-percent rule); article 7 minimum level addition, article 8 changes in marital status, etc.). Chapter 3: The ratio of earned income (article 9 deduction against income; article 10 changes in expected income, article 11 pension disclosure; article 12 after settlement; article 13 after payment for a year in which pension is paid for a part of the calendar year; article 14 repayments and refunds; article 15 income abroad). Chapter 4: Relationship with social security benefits (article 16 entitlement to pension and certain social security benefits; article 17 selection and performance; article 18 refund after the payments). Chapter 5: Entry into force (article 19 also repeals Regulations 23 December 1991 No. 891 relating to conversion of the supplementary pension from National Insurance is calculated on the estimated future pension for years after 1991, etc. and determining the deduction for Coordination Act, § 23, in such cases). |
