| Abstract/Citation: | Introduces the following 12 chapters: Chapter 1: Introduction, including scope and definitions. Chapter 2: Personal pension savings for recipients of daily cash benefits. Chapter 3: Pension savings for social workers working with, inter alia, children (part I) or other vulnerable groups (part II). Chapter 4: Calculation methods for pensions. Chapter 5: Minimum total old age benefit for retired couples. Chapter 6: Calculation of pensions based on the National Insurance Act chapter 19 and 20. Chapter 7: Regulation of minimum and guaranteed pensions. Chapter 8: Regulation of pension in cases of gradual retirement. Chapter 9: Guarantee of rights acquired by the end of 2009. Chapter 10: Determination of pension saved up before 2010, in particular through social work. Chapter 11: Transitional measures. Chapter 12: Entry into force. |
