Art. 2: Repeals article 2 and amends article 3 in Act No. 1398 of 2008 concerning sharing of data with prosecutors and implementation of the order SIS (Schengen Information System) II. Art. 3: Amends art. 2a-b, 3-4, 9c, 22, 28, 37, 40, 42, 44-45, 47c, 58d and 58g-h in the Foreigners Act (No. 785 of 2009) aligning it with the EU regulations, notably the Visa Information System (VIS) and the Schengen Information System (SIS). |
