Amends the Arbitration Act (Cap. 387), articles 4, 6, 8, 10, 20, 69A, 70, 70C, 71, 71A and 72 concerning procedures for arbitration. Also amends the Mediation Act (Cap. 474) article 2, 5, 6, 15, 17A, 20-24, 27, and 27A.
