To be read in conjunction with the Operation of Public Evening Secondary School Regulations 1990 to 2009. It amends the provision 4 related to the length of the semesters. It amends the provision 9 replacing the phrase "during the first trimester" with the phrase "until November 30". It amends the provisions 10, 11, and 12, replacing the term "trimester" with that of "semester".
