| Abstract/Citation: | Made under the Public Education Service Laws (1969-2010). Amends the basic provisions of the Education Officers (Placements, Transfers and Transfers) Regulations 1987 to 2000 by adding a new provision 12A, which stipulates that an educational worker completing a 3-year service in schools which are in the occupied by the Turkish army regions, will be granted additional 25 points for each year of service for the purpose of future reassignment. If the educational worker is not considered responsible for an untimely termination of his/her service, he/she will be granted the appropriate points. |
