Abstract/Citation: Amendments to the Income Support (General) Regulations in respect, inter alia, of protection afforded a claimant who has ceased to be entitled to income support because the partner is engaged in employment from loss of any transitional protection, and to the definition of "non-dependent". The Regulations as amended include in the applicable amounts in respect of claimants in residential care or nursing homes an amount only in respect of members of the family living in the home.
