Abstract/Citation
Makes new provisions relating to employment and rights of employees including minimum wages, employment contracts, payment of wages, leave, hours of work and holidays, termination of employment. It also creates a framework for enforcement of such rights.
Repeals the Minimum Wage Ordinance, Cap. 120.
