Abstract/Citation: | There are three articles in this Decree that discuss: 1. Establishing conditions for not proceeding with legal charges including providing monetary compensation for settlement of disputes and deporting employees at the expenses of their employer; 2. Preventing reconciliation in cases where there are more than 10 parties to the offence; 3. Several managerial positions are established to accept applications for non-implementation of legal proceedings in cases were violations of the Labour Code occur. |
