Abstract/Citation: Amends Article 151(3) concerning the smuggling of rare plants; Article 180(1) concerning insider trading; Adds a new paragraph (4) concerning offences and penalties for accessories to insider trading; Article 201 concerning the filing of false tax returns; Adds a new Article 224(A) concerning pyramid activities; Amends Article 225(3)concerning the illegally operating of business in the field of securities, futures or insurance; Article 239 concerning abduction of persons for extortion or as a hostage; inserts a new Article 253(A) concerning the selling or provision of personal information; inserts a new Article 262(B) concerning organization of minors to commit theft, fraud, snatch, extortion or any other activity in violation of the public security administration; inserts two new paragraphs into Article 285 as paragraphs 2 and 3 concerning computer information; Inserts new paragraph into Article 312 (2) concerning prosecution of an entity; Amends Article 337(1) concerning offences related to animal and plant epidemic prevention and quarantine; Amends Article 375(2)concerning the buying and selling of uniforms of the armed forces shall; inserts new paragraph 3 concerning forging, stealing, buying, selling, or illegally provision or utilisation of license plates of vehicles or other special signs of the armed forces; changes the former paragraph 3 into paragraph 4; inserts new Article 388 (A)concerning seeking of improper benefit by any close relative of a state functionary or any other person who has a close relationship with the said state functionary; amends Article 395(1) concerning duty of state functionary to explain property or expenditure that exceeds his legitimate income.
