Abstract/Citation
Introduces article 10a, 37a, 39a, 40a, and amends articles 5, 7, 9, 26, 36, 41, 48, 49, 56a and 77 in the Consolidated Workers' Compensation Act (No. 154 of 2006) to protect against injuries caused by terrorists acts.
Introduces article 1a and amends article 4 in the Act (No. 423 of 2003) on compensation for injury during military service, in order to include provisions for compensation for injuries caused by terrorists' acts.
