| Abstract/Citation: | Amends the Regulations on the employment conditions and examinations for the engagement of disabled persons as civil servants, which entered into force with decision No. 2004/7754 dated 20th August 2004. It repeals some words Article 10(1)(a) (identity card) and part 10(1)(c) and replaces the words "certified by a notary" with "certified by the institution". It also amends the Annex 1 of the Regulations (application form). |
